ICT Brokerage 2009 was focused on mobilising key research actors and companies from all over Europe, in particular from neighbouring regions, to collaborate and establish partnerships in ICT research and development.
The event was focused on the following challenges of the ICT Work Programme 2009:

- Digital libraries and content
- Towards sustainable and personalised healthcare
