IBA activities are primarily focused on organizational and expert services for large scientific projects and clinical research projects. IBA closely collaborates with the RECETOX – Research Centre for Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology at Faculty of Science of Masaryk University, thus forming a jointly coordinated organizational unit, Division of Environmental Informatics and Modelling. The main trends for IBA's future focus are cancer epidemiology, clinical registries and the identification of disease risk factors, microarrays and genomic data analysis, e-learning, spatial modelling and GIS and ecological and human risk assessment. | |
